BEWARE!!! I cashed out over a month ago now with all verification documents in place and teh casino will not pay me or even answer my e-mails for that matter. I have e-mailed them 6 times in 5 weeks and am yet to get a reply, online support tells me there is nothgin they can do and to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org who does not reply...this place is a scam and probably a means for them to obtain personal information and credit cards...DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!

This casino is based in hell. You should check the CASINOMEISTER.com website before you venture any further. As Keeman states above. They will not pay you and will piss on you without even having the decency to call it rain.
I won a mere 296 $ and I have been waiting for 3 months now. Trust me I am in th online casino business myself and they are fraudulent at best. They even asked me, three months later to send them a for with my CC details to complete the payout process. The joke is that I made my only deposit with a wallet (Moneybookers). They will tell you to contact Jon who probably does not exist.
One bit of advise. Stay clear from top games Casinos. The payout ratio of their machine is miserable anyway.

I have been waiting for three months now for a $500 payout. "Dan" in finance only exists for a few emails and kept telling me he would have to clear it with "Jon" the manager. All my paperwork has been approved so now they don't know what excuse to give he anymore, so for the last month they have just ignored my emails. I am not sure what to do at this point except warn other people not to play here!

Habe im Oktober 2010 2500$ gewonnen. Nach einen Monat 1000$ ausbezahlt erhalten. Habe sicher 600 Mails geschrieben. Nur Ausreden Technische Probleme.Ihr Auftrag wird bearbeitet usw.Nach einigen Rücksprachen mit chart erhielt ich die Antwort ich soll meine Tonart ändern, nachdem ich geschrieben habe ob hier ein Betrug vorliegt.Die letzte Aussage vom chart . Ich werde nichts erhalten. Es gibt auch keine Antwort auf meine Mails. Dieses Casino gehört auf die schwarze Liste
