New co-sponsors for Barney Frank's bill putting forward regulation of online gambling scheduled even as postponement brings the bill's timing unsteadily close to UIGEA execution. Two Democratic Representatives revealed they are to join the other 66 leaders stating support for the Internet gaming bill.
Dina Titus of Nevada and William Owens of New York put their names amongst the co-sponsors on April 15th. Titus providing her approval is taken by some as good things, as Nevada's Congressional delegation is deeply influenced by the land casino operators.
If Titus found it politically measures to assert support for the online gambling bill, there is some possibility that there can be some assurance she believes at least some of the major land gambling companies are okay with Internet casinos.
