The study conducted by the two well-known French Institutes revealed that only 1.3% of the French players face problem in gaming. This study further reveals that gambling addiction gives rise to other forms of addictions such as smoking, drug addiction and alcohol.

Almost 98.7% of the French gamers enjoy gaming for fun and not because they are addicted to it. Experts suggest that for responsible gaming, player must play with the amount they can afford to lose. Keep some amount aside for entertainment and utilize the same for gaming.

Gaming must be balanced with other activities, so take out time for other activities as well as like gardening, spending time with friends, music and so on.
