In October month, Jim Ryan, CEO of Bwin.party, has stated about their discussions with American partners for online gambling market in US. Recently, the announcements are highlighted from their partners. On 31st of October, Boyd Gaming Corporation (BGC) and MGM Resorts have declared about their agreements with Bwin.party, for creating websites of online poker to facilitate American players. The agreement will depend upon the legislation of online poker in the (US) United States.

As per this agreement, Boyd Gaming, MGM Resorts and Bwin.party in combination will form an online gaming company to provide online poker games for US players. Bwin.party will acquire 65% of the company, while MGM Resorts and Boyd Gaming will take 25% and 10% of the company, respectively. The online gambling market in US after legalization is predicted to be from $3 billion to $5 billion yearly. The CEO of Bwin.party named Ryan, CEO of Boyd Gaming named Smith and Chairman of MGM Resorts named Murren have highlighted the advantages of this agreement and of legalization of online gambling.
