
Last Friday, Police officials of Salt Lake City have arrested a man named Stanworth, who is from Holladay for conducting poker events in his basement. Although police authorities have not disclosed much details about the case however, a police spokesperson reveled that massive amount of money was wagered on this poker game.
Before arresting the accuse DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) as well as the Police Department collected permission to search his house. According to the police authorities, "We have found various gambling related items such as gambling machines in Stanworth's home."
Police records clearly show that Stanworth was imprisoned for similar crime earlier. Recently, in August he was caught red handed while performing illegal gambling activities as well as money laundering. Almost twelve gamblers joined the poker game, which was conducted by Stanworth in his basement and the total buy-in collect worth $500.
