
KGC (Kahnawake Gaming Commission) has recently announced two significant changes, while interacting with licensed online casinos. The first one is associated with self exclusion while second is associated with resolution of gambling related disputes. Until now, players having the symptoms of problem gambling, could only establish deposit limits and then completely exclude themselves from online casinos, but now they may proceed one step ahead.
Now, the players are allowed to convey their problem gambling issues directly to KGC. After this Gaming Commission of Kahnawake will check and make sure those instructions of self exclusion of players is being followed at all of the online casinos. The Gaming Commission of Kahnawake had also taken a step for improving the dispute resolution process for players, placing their bets at online casinos. At present, the Commission has appointed DR (Dispute Resolution) Officer, to register complaints of players via mail address or via Facebook section of their website.
