Dragonfish, which is an independent B2B product, and Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc.(CIE), have further extended their UK software licensing deal with the US as to strengthen the 888's strategy targeting US market. This agreement will allow Dragonfish to manage a set of CIE's acclaimed and renowned poker brands as soon as online gaming is authorized under the new regulatory rule.

With 888's pioneering poker platform, the agreement is going to make it possible for the release of a real money offering to take place instantly as either Federal or state based regulation is settled and when it is licensed by gaming authorities.

Service Provider license requisition has been addressed to the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) previously by 888. In March 2010, the Nevada Gaming Commission (NGC) found adequate the September 2009 commercial partnership between CIE and 888.
