Inspite of the recent speculation to the contrary, Conservative council leaders of Southampton have completely denied that they have intentions of reviving the plans for establishing Las Vegas style casino in their city. They had initially postponed the plans at the time of high recession, when councilors have thought that this would not the best time for investing public money on any of the new gambling website, even when it has the potentials of producing employment opportunities for people of their country.

However, speculation has suggested reviving of plans, because of which this summer, they have been set for officially debating on this idea. According to the report highlighted from the newspapers of Daily Echo, this new casino in Southampton would provide hundreds of employment opportunities and provide huge contribution of more than £11 million in to the overall economy of country.
