A Question of Respect

There were online casino players that were located at the Breakaway as well as the Connect2 and also the Sic-Fi venues that were critical this week of an email that was sent telling them that they were actually being transferred to another company and also another software platform without even giving them prior consultation.

The email continues to state “fortunately, an agreement has been made to transfer your account to Pantasia”. “Pantasia has arranged for the secure transfer of your account information from the aforementioned casinos. Your data remains completely safe, and you can access your casino account by logging in to Pantasia with your account number and your existing password.”
It is said that all of this was apparently done unilaterally and without consulting the players that were involved, and that his is disquieting from a privacy angle. Most of the online players are not interested in being arbitrarily shunted along with personal details to another casinos with which they may not be familiar or in this case to a different software platform.
This is truly disrespecting the players privacy and shouldn’t have been done.
