The online casino giant company 888 has already followed the trend of its rival company PartyGaming, in a negotiation with US officials.
The stand of UIGEA and online gambling had been discussed in the US Law department and has now been processed to know their position, as declared by PartyGaming last Monday
The stand of the online giant has been advised by the same legal firm that had given due defense clarifications to other online casino groups such as PartyGaming to take actions on court.
The online 888 has already discontinued operations but rumors has it that UIGEA was in dispute with Ladbrokes who can possibly buy the company.
The company is already cautious with the possible results of the discussions but if presented with new facts they will inform the public, if it is necessary.
