Last Friday’s media coverage has been excited about the positive hearings on online gambling the next question is now what will be the next move of Congressman Barney Frank?
His first foray is to publicize the bill HR2046 named as the Internet Gambling Regulation and Enforcement Act has been a success but what now? Congressman Frank is an experienced, savvy politician who already attracted his fellow politician to co-sponsor his bill, some of whom has voted to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement bill which he wants to replace to license, regulate, and to tax this kind of gambling.
The American Gaming Association recognized the value and thoroughly examines the aspects in the regulation that is hinted in the hearings and the independent research can be used. The congressman is playing his cards, he says that he will continue with this bill and gather many political supports before presenting in the debate and vote in House floor.
Steve Adamske, congressman’s press aide, reiterates that his tactics and emphasized his views on the legislation chance in moving forward will significantly improve if American voters contact their House of Representative officials in drawing attention to his bill and to let them know they would like the said bill pass.
