This is the worlds worst casino the cheat, they deny they have said stuff when they know their wrong their live support dispear when talking to you if you ask about withdrawing the wont let you withdraw even when theirs no reson not to the games are criminal their roulette I actually played it on fast and waited and hour then made a bet on black the colour red then appeared 24 times after it had already appeared 8 times theirs only 18 red numbers the odds are beyond possible this accured one after the other with no wins atall just ureal and then when I did win on a different game they actually gave back less then you bet so you still lose a scam of a casino with one goal steal as much as they can then run.

I joined with the amazing 1st time deposit bonus of 300%. I deposited Ј100 and they gave me Ј300. WOW i was well chuffed, i then found out I had to bet Ј10,000 to withdraw anything. So I would have to bet 25 times the amount i had to withdraw anything. Needless to say i lost everything within 3 days. Waste of time stay well clear.

I think eurogrand is good. i have been very lucky to win. Whilst i had the same problem as James i spoke to the support team and they agreeed to reset my accout so i could just withdraw my winnings and they agreed.

This is a disgrace. Absolutely agree with James & Luke. Someone should look in to this. I withdrew Ј60 and got the 300% bonus. I then bet on roulette making at least 3k worth of bets after they told me I would have to make 6k worth. I asked them how much I still had to bet and they told me 6k still. I asked why and they said it was because it has to be on 2 certain games. Needless to say I was winning before being forced in to playing the games they said and lost the lot within a few spins. They should never get away with this. Disgusting and a rip off!!!!!!! I have never had problems with other casino's on the net, but this is shocking!!!!!!!!!

I wanted my account reset and even asked them to take the winnings off and they told me I would have to make an official request. Why couldn't they do this for me???? No, I just thought I have been conned! Disgraceful!!!!!! Someone should look in to this as I am a Grandad who can not afford to lose Ј60 being conned!

I feel like I've just been mugged. Once registered, there was nowhere for me to check t&c. Deposited Ј100, but have to bet Ј10,000 just to be able to withdraw Ј1! Crazy. Naive, maybe, but I'm a regular consumer of online casinos and I have NEVER come across anything as blatantly fraudulent as this.

This casino is VERY deceitful. The online chat agents LIE THROUGH THEIR BACKSIDES to get you to despoit. I was told that if I made a second deposit I would get a 30% bonus that was not susceptible to the usual bonus terms. The lying b*tch --- I then find out I need to wager Ј10,000 more in order to be able to withdraw ONE SINGLE POUND.

I am furious. AVOID EUROGRAND AT ALL COSTS.

What a bunch of wingers. Standard practice at on-line casinos. You make a deposit, they give you a bonus. You have to meet certain wager requirements.

What did you want to do , just withdraw the bonus without playing?

BTW the terms and conditions are there if you look for them, most games are not allowed to count towards the wager requirements, but you can still play them.

Take your deposit and your bonus, play on one of the games with a low House edge, Blackjack or Bacarrat would be the best choice.

Lets say you deposited Ј100 and got a Ј100 bonus, you start with Ј200, try to get that up to about Ј500, with some decent bets. Onece you get to Ј500, switch to a game that does count towards the wager requirement, not much of a choice here, Pai Gow is the best with a H/A of 2.7%

Then just grind out the requirements with small bets.

Whenever you play a bonus anywhere, look at how much you have to deposit, how much the bonus is, is the bonus fully cashable or sticky. What are the wager requirements, and what games count.

Then you will know before you start, if its worth doing. Ay one time you could get a 300% bonus at Eurogrand, that was cashable. Not sure if you still can.

This company is an absolute disgrace and a scam. I lodged Ј400 and they gave me a bonus of Ј300. This was just posted to my account, with no notice of terms and conditions. I got the balance up to Ј3,000 on video poker then was told I was not entitled to any of it. After much argument I got my Ј400 back.
There is a bigger con here. The guiding rule of gambling is that you can't lose if you can't win. I bet loads of people have paid money in got their bonus and played a game, which they couldn't win eg roulette or video poker. Many will have lost never knowing they could never have won.
Surely these people must be entitled to their deposit back.
Are these companies covered by any jurisdiction as I think Euro grand should be investigated.

I think you can withdraw your deposit if you haven’t started using the bonus, but the bonus and any winnings become void. This is hidden away in the terms and conditions .
The bonus schemes are aggressively promoted but the terms and conditions can only be found in the in fine print. Which is obviously catching some newbi online casino players out.
There are casinos with better bonus schemes which allow more types of games to qualify to cash out, also there are casinos which make the bonus schemes easier to understand.

EuroGrand gave me a free Ј50.00 bonus, without a deposit. I played though the run-through amount on the slots, (kept a record with pencil and paper of the amount wagered) had same lucky wins, withdraw Ј200, received the cheque today, admittedly I had lost total deposits of Ј225 before they gave me a free bonus. They are a bit too security conscious for a small withdrawal (I had to email ID before payment), but this could be seen as a good thing.

I think the lesson to learn is that when your dealing with money always read the small print.

I prefer not to use the bonus having also learnt the hard way.

Luke, I had similar experience to yours.

DON'T DO IT!

I am totally outraged!!

At NO POINT does Euro Grand made clear that if you use your solo or switch card to deposit funds, THAT THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO WITHDRAW THE FUNDS IN THE SAME WAY.

That is right, you can give Euro Grand the money but can't get it back. So that means using a third party, who may charge for the privilege of transferring this money.

Better still is that once you have requested a withdrawal, their system indicates that 'Casino waits 4 business days before processing your request. FOUR days before they even BEGIN to process your request? It will take 100 years to get your money out..exactly as they want it, so you will end up respending with them.

I thought I would start by contacting online support. EuroGrand surpassed themselves here. Not only was the advice to send an email(sounds like the ubiqitous CTR-ALT-DELETE answer to all and any IT issues)- but at no point could the operator explain what the next steps were or how that would involve me getting my money from them.

More laughable still is that when I asked questions such as - do you have a UK call centre - she was apparently not able to answer. BUT IT IS ON YOUR WEBSITE! I couldn't know which department to write to for a complaint or which for a refund and no details were available apparently on the process or time it would take.

So, I thought I would try the toll free UK number. To add insult to injury, this is NOT A TOLL FREE telephone number and in fact the operator didn't recognise that number as their own.

End result...please send us an email. You will be charged a fee for processing your request because of the other methods open for refund.

Hopping mad! Don't ever ever deal with these charlatans.

So hacked off with how useless and underhand they are, that I am intending to report them to anyone who will listen!!!

I have no idea what you all talk about. I've been playing with them for the past 2 months and they are ok. All online casinos have wagering requirement to meet once you receive a bonus and you can choose not to receive the bonus.

Eurogrand has been good to me, processed my withdrawals on time and i have no complaints.

I must tell you one thing about Eurogrand casino- he is the best. I found the software so easy to play with, I found the support people so kind ( and bonus givers ), I found the games well designed, I found the cashier easy to use and I found my luck there. $3000 earnings just this week :)

I think the whole thing is a scam. Have any of you heard of the Hawks Method? It claims you can earn Ј200-Ј500 per day on the roulette tables by betting Ј1 on red/black in turn every time you win and doubling your bets every time you lose on that colour and continuing until you win, it is sound in theory, but it doesn't count on a string of one colour as Luke said a single colour can be know to appear up to 24 times, needless to say i ended up loosing my Ј200 deposit!

Anyway maibee.com promote the Hawks method and recommend that you use Eurogrand as well as Amber Coast, 32Vegas, Skykings and Joyland where there method has been tried & tested. Well after my experiance on Eurogrand i haven't used any of the other sites so it would be good to hear your comments, but i checked them out and they are all part of Mulipurpose Processing Limited, a company registered in Cyprus with its contact address in the Philippines!

Eurogrand is a fuckin scam , I had funds available in my account and I din't want to play anymore so wanted to withdraw as we could on any of the uk websites into our current a/c's, but it din't let me withdraw at all and hence i had to end it by playing all of the money and din't win a single penny, It is a big big scam, I appreciate if they didn't con people like this, have read reviews about eurogrand on the internet and u can imagine what i could write next. It is fuckin shit, don't even look at the website, infact donate some money to the poor and GOD would be there to help u for ur good deeds, who so ever owns this company may Satan make ur life hell, Son/ Daughter of a bitch Fuckin Eurogrand, fuckin philipino bastards, if they are at all involved in this scam.

Reading through what everyones said, through the positives and the negatives I still think Eurogrands alright. The only thing I will obviously say is make a small (under Ј20) first deposit so you dont get stumped with having to wager 25 times the first deposit. Then perhaps make larger deposits depending on how well you get on.

And the Hawks method seems to be kinda working for me.

I'm a novice online gambler and took a chance on the Hawks method via Skykings and Amber Coast. After suffering 2 lots of 10+ same colour, I lost over Ј200. Was tempted to chase it back but then got a hold of myself.

Same story here I gave the 'Hawks Method' a go - It is probably part of the scam created by the casinos.

I ended up putting Ј120 in, then realised to withdraw ant winnings i would need to bet thousands of times on a certain game because roulette did not count according to the operator.

What did it for me was getting 14 blacks in a row on two different occasions. It is a scam pure and simple.

This is ridiculous! I deposited $20, got a $100 bonus. I know about wagering requirements but theres nothing about it in their FAQ so I emailed them, they replied telling me i need to wager $3000 more.
That wasn't the problem, it was the fact that she told me that Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps or
SicBo, Jacks or Better, Aces and Faces, Progressive Slots and Casino War DO NOT COUNT towards your wagering requirements.
THAT is what makes this a HUGE SCAM, these are the most popular casino games!
Now I've got to try and at least get my deposit back out.
AVOID EUROGRAND AT ALL COSTS.

I was minutes away from depositing into my EuroGrand casino account when I thought to myself - 'just check out some reviews to reassure yourself' - I'm so glad I did.

I have been quite scrupulous and have read through all the small print - about bonuses and their wagering requirements and about "allowed" games etc. I have been practising on Fun Play and have nearly Ј50k but obviously I never encountered the 24 black numbers in a row like some have mentioned here. This worries me and what worries me even more is their rediculuos requirements for withdrawal, it just seems like they'll string you along until you give up trying.

Word of advice number 1 - 888.com - I have played with them before, and deposited with a credit card (Ј50), lucky enough to win Ј200, and within 7 days I had the Ј200 on my credit card. The only problem is the game animations cannot be disabled so they take ages to play, e.g. one roulette spin takes an age to spin and reload again.

Word of advice number 2 - ignore bonuses, don't take them, deposit, play with your deposit and if you win you can withdraw, simple.

My sympathies go out to all those on here who have been conned by EuroGrand, I very nearly joined you.

P.S. the hawks method DOES work, but it depends on the casino obvioulsy. I used it on 888 and I won but like I said it's a long process if your placing $1 bets and isn't incredibly productive unless you're unemployed. Try also MANSION or any high street betting shop, LADBROKES etc as they all have casino games now. They're trustworthy and regulated at least.

Eurogrand was my first casino. Deposited Ј20.00, got Ј20.00 and made Ј300.00 winnings on roulette. I made a second deposit of Ј20.00 because I wanted withdraw my money through moneybookers and got an Ј8 bonus with that. This was before I realised I couldn't take any money out because I hadn't met the wagering requirements, which stood at Ј720.00. I was a bit pissed to say the least, then I realised that they stated this, although not very clearly, in their promotion T&C's. The only qualifying games for the wagering requirements were the non-progressive slots which worried me because the odds against you on those games are quite high. I had no choice, and luckily I won a fair amount and managed to meet the requirements very quickly.

I have requested a withdrawal of Ј200.00, so we shall see whether I actually get it.

I am playing at Golden Palace as well, made a deposit through moneybookers and am able to withdraw my winnings straight away because I didn't get a bonus. The shocking thing is that Golden Palace have hidden their promotion T&C so I can't check the wagering requirements. They sent me an email stating that I didn't need to meet any wagering requirements so I shall keep this as evidence if they start playing silly.

Overall I don't find Eurogrand that bad, but that might change if they don't send me my winnings.

I have tried a few different casinos and it seems to be the same story no matter where you go. All the casinos I tried had this ridiculous way of how to get your winnings. Im a mother of 2 and don't have a great deal of money, but I thought I would try out 32Vegas first. I deposited Ј50 got I think about a 320% bonus giving me just over Ј250. I got a second Ј30 bonus when I deposited another Ј50. I didn't need the bonus cos I have a roulette cheat system in place and gradually my balance grew. I ended up having close to a thousand pounds in nearly 3 days. Then I decided I would withdraw. I tried to and was sent an e-mail stating I had not made wagering requirements. After investigation this turned out to be around 1400 bets I needed to place. I was disgraced at the fact that I hadn't used their bonus money, I hadn't asked for it and I had no option on screen telling me I didn't have to take it. I was told I could never just cash out on roulette and had to play slots to get my winnings. I was seriously peed off. I just wanted a few games and a quick pay out, not to be arranging a meeting at gamblers annon for an addiction, lol. After a lot of conversations, one on-line adviser convinced me to try slots and other games and slowly but surely my money dwindled. I then thought I should go back to roulette to try and make it up again and seen 13 reds in a row. So i changed to reds and what a surprise a black. Then I tried odds and evens and everything I selected, the opposite came out. The 0 even appeared twive in a row with a total of 3 zeros in 7 plays. I have been to a number of big walk in casinos and I have yet to see the 0 come out 3 times in 7 plays. The odds on that must be ridiculous. I was being cheated out of my money. I wouldn't have had this carry on at any reputable walk in casino. I walk in and play roulette, I get lucky and cash my chips in at the end of the night, simple. So why do these casinos make it so damn difficult? They say it's cos you have a better chance of winning when they give you a bonus and the more you play the more you are likely to win. SO far this has not applied to be and has only left me skint. Face it guys, the casinos don't want you to win, they want to make money. They don't want you to win and run and thats why these rules are in place. My advice to you all is stay well clear of all online casinos and make the trip to a real one, at least you will be able to get your cash on the night you win it. As for the result of my winnings? Well I was given my initial deposit of Ј100 back and sent on my way after a lot of complaining on my part. So I decided financially I was no worse off and took my money and ran.

I recently signed up to eurogrand. i deposited Ј200 and got all the relevant bonuses which obviously have to be wagered through to then withdraw. Now, i know MOST games are not included towards this wagering but i managed to get around this.

I started with around Ј500 (with my bonuses) i played on all the games i love like roullette, poker, blackjack etc. I ended up winning Ј1200.

Now after speaking to online support and realising i had could not withdraw a single penny due to wagering requirements i was fuming to say the least! I sat down had a little think to myself and came up with a plan, now ARCADE games count towards wagering, and there is an arcade game called derby day which is basically virtual horse racing.

I worked out that if i bet maximum on every horse (Ј75) my total wager would be Ј450 for the race. Now te maximum i could lose was around Ј70 due to all horses being similar odds. I did this 5 times by which point i had lost Ј180 in total but had met my wagering requirements and still had a balnce of Ј1000 which i happily withdrew.

I must admit however the site is a complete con and ill never use it again, i think i just got lucky.

I used Eurogrand, deposited Ј50 and got a Ј50 bonus (I think). After losing Ј20 at roulette using the Hawk's method,I decided to cut my losses and move on, which is when I found about the wagering requirements :)

I chatted to the guy on online help, and pointed out that at no point had I seen an opportunity to decline the bonus. After a short exchange, he took the bonus off, removing the wagering requirements.

He did say that this was because I hadn't used any of the bonus in betting - I had argued that since I still had more credit than the bonus, then I hadn't eaten into it.

He also set the account not to offer me further bonuses.

I went on to triple my deposit anyway, and am currently in the withdrawal process.

I doubt that this problem is different at any online casino - just do as I did, and Eurogrand will be helpful

Hey all,

I tried Eurogrand as my first online casino ever.. Gave them 60 e and got 180 as bonus.. And was shocked when I actually found out the wagering requirements. But, luckily I found this thread and Joe's (comment n36) tip about derby day arcade game :D It was SOO easy to meet the wager requirements with that un, with very little losses.. Just check that game out before going absolutely mad..

Well, I lost my 300 e winnings anyway..magically right after meeting the wager reqs..so I advice to raise the balance, meet the wagers, and if it looks like you start loosing right after that - try to cash out :)

Trust me, stay away from this online casino site. they are a total ripp off. i deposited Ј1000. they gave me a Ј100 bonus which i didnt even ask for. I won Ј350 so my balance was Ј1450.00 including the Ј100 bonus. i tried to withdraw Ј450. a message came up stateing that 'if i withdraw, my bonus would be deducted'. i still went alond and withdrew Ј450. the next day i checked my balance and it was Ј1450. i spoke to online support and they claimed that if i wanted to withdraw my money, i would have to bet Ј27000.00. That is totally immoral. they take the f*****g P**s. Stay away they are the number 1 fraudsters.

I had a bit of luck and won about 600 dollars.. yes they paid but just before they paid me they took 2 of my usual amnounts that I deposit out of my bank account (not written against multipurpose - My bank verifies it was them)my withdrawal came back entitled refunded, so it was impossible to prove. I have had yet more unauthorised money taken from my card this morning. In total they have taken what I have one!This company are a bunch of frausters!!!

Well,I'm in agreement with all the others on here, we won on Eurogrand & they also refused our withdrawals, we ended up with the chat operator & she said we needed to wager Ј3000 before we could withdraw & we had to wager on slots to do that, We then did as she said & lost all our money.

i have too fallen for the eurogrand scam. if i could give piece of advice to all the people out there it would be " dont accept bonus money" from previous comments ive heard that if you start eurogrand without bonus money then withdrawling money isnt a issue. But the requirments they put on "BONUS" money are retarted. EUROGRAND CASINO KING & EUROPA GRAND all work like this; if you deposit 100.00 and recieve 300 bonus money, the "REQUIRMENTS" are in order to withdraw any money from your account your account must have a total of 12x your deposit & bonus money, so calculating that 100 deposit x 12 = ($1200) + 300 bonus x 1200 = ($3600) so according to these rules your account must say $4800 just to withdraw money. That seems outrageous but its true. So next time really think about themeaning of BONUS money for starting.

My advise with this casino and any others is to read and re-read the terms and conditions and make sure you know every aspect of the games you play before dealing with these guys because their aim is to get as much of your cash as possible and in reality your not going to get much of theres. The software is totally stacked in their favour, totally.
I have been blessed by God not to have lost as much cash as I almost did. I know all those prayers for protection worked. I nearly threw away roughly Ђ500.
But before I went any further I asked for a refund/reset of my account and my balance lucky was just over, I still had over Ђ600 in the when I asked, so far so good they haven't said no.
Never ever again will I play to win online, only for fun if I ever do...
You'd have much better fun I'd say at a real table in a casino with people you can have a laugh face to face with anyway, no dodgy behind the scene carry on.
My advice is stay away altogether or if you really wanna play, read the terms and conditions.

Hawks Method:

It's a near certainty you will go bankrupt with this method, leave it alone. I believe the individual behind the method probably earns commission from each casino each time someone clicks through and opens an account and deposits money. Some will probably also manage to make money and will deposit a reward via paypal to him. Clever idea really and the only sure way of making money at Internet casino :)

I recently asked EuroGrand to close my account and give me my Ј160 deposit back. All i said to them was that i no longer wish to play and that was it.
They sent me a reply saying i cannot withdraw because i do not meet the wager requirements. What has wager requirements got to do with me closing down my account?

Me too ... Ј70 down, (after stupidly following the link and routine suggested at http://www.makemoneyonline.co.uk). I thought I'd give it a go, especially as the system appeared to work okay in fun play.

Then within 25 minutes of 'real' play I had three separate runs of 9+ 'same colour' numbers. Interestingly one number came up consecutively in each of these 'long' series - wierd huh!

Zero also come up twice in one of the series tho' not consecutively.

Why am I not surprised? I don't mind not winning, but these sequences are clearly far from random !!

I will avoid eupropa casino like the plague. I too have had bad experiences with casinos who use the playtech software which I assume europa does, it is very difficult to win anything with them. The only playtech I actually play in is new yorks casino, they're not perfect, but they let you play with extemely small amounts on every game from 10p up to whatever you want to play with. They still ask you to provide I.d. etc when you withdraw, which is a pain in the arse, but you only have to do this once. The wagering requirements for their bonuses are shite, same as above 25 times on non-progressive slots; however you can get out of the bonus quite easily by depositing, when you automatically get the bonus, what you do next is immaediately withdraw your deposit without playing at all, this removes the bonus, resetting your balance to zero. You then cancel the withdrawal and this puts your deposit back into your casino account and just play with your deposit. I have won a few times doing this, and because you got rid of the bonus at the beginning there are no wagering requirements and no problems making a withdrawal.

By the way the hawks method, or as it is also known, the neoadvantage cash method is a scam. The folks who own these websites promoting this method, get you to click on their links and sign up with their recommended casino and they recieve an affiliate bonus each time someone signs up using their link. If you think about it, if it really worked, why would they want to share it with the rest of the world and risk the casinos latching on to it and changing their software to stop this from happening. There is another con out there as well, which says that one of the middle numbers in roulette should appear once every 16 spins, this happens sometimes, but sometimes it doesn't happen and your betting pretty much your whole bankroll on it, and it doesn't show it is really frustrating. I have tried loads of methods, and in the long term none of the work, in any casino, including 888.com which caused a red number to appear 20 times more than once, so no casino is safe to use this method on.

The hawk system is actually the martingale system, which basically means you bet on something and keep doubling up your bet until you win. This system has been around for a long time, and all casinos are aware of it, so it stands to reason they will have methods in place to stop people winning using this method in the long run. However it can be effective in the short term, but you mustn't get greedy with it and stop after making a modest amount of money or if you have lost 5 times in a row. It is possilbe to win in most casinos (except ones who use cheating RNGS) in the short term, but you must cash out straight away and be happy with making 20% of your bankroll, it isn't much but is better than losing the lot and wishing you could climb into your computer and throttle the swindling bastards.

Another thing I have worked out is if something on roulette for example doesn't appear 5 times in a row, you can usely bet on it and win, but you should never double up more than 3 times as it is too risky. If you lose 3 times in a row give up don't chase it, it isn't worth it.

Another thing to try is, if the casino allows you to spin the wheel without betting, watch out and see if red/black comes up 3 times in a row, and then start betting, most times it won't go further than 6 times in a row an you win, but if the colour shows up more than 6 times in a row stop betting, and bet on the opposite colour which is showing up multiple times, 7/10 times you will lose, but sometimes if the colour insists on repeating many many times, you can keep sticking Ј1 bet on and win thus beating the bastards at their own game.

The best online casinos I have played in so far are:

wildjacks casino, they give you a bonus but you only have to wager the bonus(not the deposit) 10 times and you can wager on any game you like, I have had positive experiences with this casino. And won more than I have lost.

Ladbrokes, is another good one, your not required to wager your deposit just the bonus, and if you decide to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements you only lose the amount of the bonus, but can still withdraw your deposit and winnings, and even better, if you make the withdrawal before 5pm they process your withdrawal the same day. I have also won more times than I have lost with this casino, so believe these two casinos have fair RNGS. But they do make money and the best thing to do is to know when to stop and cash out, quit while your ahead, because the inbuilt house advantages of any casino will mean 9/10 you will lose if you play for a long time. It is better to do a hit and run. If you lose your head and get greedy you will lose, all casinos desperately want you to become greedy as that is how they win.

I lost Ј80 and I consider it Ј80 well spent. I NEVER believe in something if it seems to good to be true... until I saw a website yesterday promoting what others here refer to as 'the Hawks method'. I almost knew that I was making a mistake when I entered my account details online after following the link. I lost all of it in less than a minute! What a prize idiot I feel.
The strangest part is that I just got a phone call from someone called Matthew Garcia at Eurogrand Casino asking me to verify all my personal details. This all seemed very suspicious to me so I refused. I immediately called my bank and asked them to stop my card. Luckily it seems that nothing has been debited yet and so I may have had a very lucky escape. I reported to Barclay's that Eurogrand Casino were charlatan's. I will be re-posting to let you know if Eurogrand become successful in stealing any money from me.

I have learned an expensive lesson and I will never use an online gambling service again without first doing some very extensive research first.

I used the Hawks method too, this time I clicked on Prestige casino, and yes, have had all the problems above! Colours coming up 8 or more times in a row when I'm betting on the opposite, problems withdrawing when I won a modest amount before that, then got wiped out and lost ВЈ40 when suspiciously the opposite colour appeared 8 and then 9 times in a row! Thought it may be a scam at the time, now I'm sure it is! I just hope my bank account is safe now, best go and check that, I can't afford to lose money, I'm not rich! Feel so frustrated at all this, and I WOULD like to throttle the swindling bastards, as suggested by Richie! Keep away from them all is my advice too.

I would hate to see yet another person swindled. The person who is promoting the hawkes /Martingale method and promoting Eurogrand and a couple of other similar casinos should really wonder whether his measly promoting money is worth causing so many other people to lose money. However we are all free to make stupid mistakes and as long as you LEARN from them fine :) The roulette method does work at a reputable casino but you still have to watch out for a row of 20 of the same colour...it happens. You can get the intuition the more you play and like some-one above says just ride the wave and bet on that same colour so you are the winner.
However the roulette software at Eurogrand is FIXED to stop people using this method and to make them lose. If i'm not doing the method the wheel spins the normal numbers of red/blacks.....the minute i start playing that method suddenly you get 24 blacks even 3 times in a row. :) This is not normal odds.
Anyway back to Eurogrand....I cannot get a withdrawal either even though I gave back my bonus. Every withdrawal is declined and support don't answer my e-mails.
It's a scam site that should be closed down immmediately.

i think eurogrand casino is a complete and utter sham. i asked to withdraw my money and a couple days later received an email asking for photo id, my signature and front and back of credit card. why? what the hell do they need it for, they dont know what i look like, so i called the '24 hour freephone' number at around 10am only for it to just ring off. did it a few more times before speaking to a rude, very unhelpful, imbecile. asked to speak to manager only to be told that managers were in a different department. WHAT??? who is running this place?? asked him to get someone to call me on thursday and it is now monday and no phone call!! really good customer service!! I have played Eurogrand and managed to withdraw ВЈ500, after giving them all the various documents they require.

I now have a much larger withdrawal, and they have not processed it, don't answer emails and the call centre just asks me to send another mail.

I don't think it's a scam - but the 4 day gap to 'allow' you to reverse withdrawals, while at the same time taking deposits immediately, is ridiculous. No other casino leaves it that long.

The other interesting thing is they supposedly have many players winning large amounts, yet they only allow $9k withdrawal each month - but there is no limit on deposits.

It's a shame really, because the games are good, but they really need to improve their customer service which is shocking.

well I got my larger withdrawal finally (see above).

tonight I 'won' at one stage over GBP 8000. Wasn't able to withdraw until I played it down to GBP 5000 due to the bonus requirements. Can't really complain though (as long as i get the funds) - they pay large bonuses and I had made quite a few deposits - but the downside is the wagering requirements.

Still p**sed off about waiting four days for them to start processing it. Far too long. And if the monthly withdrawal limit is $9000 (rather than GBP 9000) I won't get the funds for another month - even though there is no limits on deposits.

I have been playing on Eurogrand and just requested my 1st withdrawal yesterday. I initially deposited $50, and got $150 bonus. I played European roulette, won $100 (on top of the $200) and requested a withdrawl of $100. They didn't give me any problems-- it's in the 4 day pending process. My concern after reading these reviews is if they will allow me to make withdrawls if I win a larger amount that comes to more than the deposit+bonus. I re-read the terms and conditions, and it looks like I have to bet at least $2400 on slots (or one of the other "approved" games) in order to withdraw winnings. But if that's the case, why are they letting me take out the $100? I'm so confused!

You guys really scared me...

I Found Eurogrand Casino a week ago.

I deposited 100€ via neteller and played some blackjack and roulette, in USD$, winning about 100$

Then I changed to a regular slot (euro grand slot) and i won 5.000USD

The next day, believe it or not, i returned to the same slot and won another 5.000

Then, I made a withdrawl request for 10.186 Usd, wich was soon denyed because of the wagering requirements, that are excessive and stupid, mostly because i' never used the bonus that i never asked for and that i didn't have the choice to refuse.

Then i found all this comments and thought to myself: I'm never going to see this money.

So, i decided to calmly aproach the online help and ask how much I'd have to bet to meet the wagering requirements, that was 3.830 dollars.

So, i've just betted that ammount is the same slot (hoping for another 5K), but i ended loosing about 400USD)

Then, i made a withdrawl request of 9.000 UDS (MAx ammount allowed monthly), leaving seven hundred (that i increased already to 900 playng blackjack switch), provided the required documents and the money has just arrived to my neteller account.

So, even though i think the bonus thing is a total scam, I'm really a happy costumer of Eurogrand, Thanks to them I'm spending two weeks in the greek islands.

I don't believe anyone who writes her about winning and getting the money from that casino. I've tried to get my deposit out. First answer I'd have to meet the wager requirements first. I mailed back that I only wanted the deposit. Then I got the answer I couldn't get the first payment, but only the secon one because I had lost the first payment before I deposited the second amount. I then mailed that if I had lost the first payment the wager requirements for that deposit were forfeit too and I would meet the wager requirements, because I had already enough for the requirements for the second payment. The answer mail agreed that the wager requirements would be forfeit, if I had lost my first payment, but now they claimed that I still had had about 200 $ when I had done my second payment. When I answered that they couldn't claim I had lost everything in one mail, because they didn't want me to get all my deposit back, and claim that I had still 200 $ in the next mail, because they found out that I could also withdraw my winnings now, because of meeting the wagering requirements I didn't get any answer mails anymore. That's that. I have written three following mails in the meantime. No answer anymore. That casino sucks.

Euro Grand needs to be stopped. On july 28,08 I was playing Dessert Treasure,@9 in the morning and got the bonus feature and hit a jackpot of $1,045,142.90 and as you can imagine was stunned. This amount of money appeared on my screen 3 different times. Once behind the box on the bonus feature another on the scrol you have won this amount.And when I clicked on the scroll and it was added to my balance. I then went to the chat operator and no response at all. I then decided to go to cashier to check my balance and think about a withdrawl. To my surprise there was no amount equal to this and I had only $152.00. Then the drama started. The phone calls and the e/mails and the rest of the hype job this casino does. After all of this I never got a cent of the money and they stated they had no record of such a win. Somthing has to be done to investigate these people they are thieves and con artist. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. Justice must be somewhere.

I have been trying the hawks method in the eruogrand casino and it has been working very well for me only 30 minutes and then i usally stopp. But I have not tried taking any money out. I guess that is not going to happen

LISTEN EVERYONE THESE GUYS ARE CHEATING!!!

I deposit 1200 € without any bonnus but still i got 300 € in bonus dident know why but I started to play and lost 400 € imideatly and then decided to withdrawl MY 800 € I had left, because i thought it was cheat, but when i wanted to withdrawl they first send me a brief that I had to send an email to ensure my identity with driving license and bank statement and also a picture with my Log In account which i did. Then i got an mail back and they told my that I couldent withdrawl because of i dident had the nessercary requiment to the bonus that THEY gave me.. I have to say ive not had any problems with eurogrand. I deposited ВЈ200 with them and recieved a ВЈ300 pound bonus which i asked them to remove after reading the t&c which they did straight away by reseting my account. Started playing euro roulette and after a couple of days was up ВЈ200 so decided to withdraw. Sent of the documents they asked for and it all went through really smoothly. I know i takes almost a week to get the money in your acount. But its not much different cashing a cheque into a high street bank.
Thats just my opinion though customer services have been fine.

eurogrand is actually a very good casino, i won ВЈ900 from them and yes at first i was surprised about having to meet wagering requirements but i found on another site all you do is go to the arcade game DERBY DAY and go to the place icon and bet the max (ВЈ50) on every horse and so you would have bet ВЈ300 and yes you will probably lose but the most you will lose is around ВЈ30 and usually only about ВЈ10-ВЈ15 because the odds are so close on every horse that you wont lose alot, so you would have bet ВЈ300 towards your wager limit and is you have to wager say ВЈ1500 you only have to do the derby day thing 5 times and you will have reached the limit to then be able to withdraw, and only lose a max of around ВЈ150. so this is a very good way of reaching the limit and it will take you 5 mins to reach the limit with this. they kept saying though that my my credit card wasnt clear enough even though it couldnt be any clearer however afta a few times of talkin to the support team they agreed and i recieved it in about 10 days in totals

I think its fair to say that over 90% of the comments on this site are negative towards Eurogrand - but I'm obviously in the 10% category.

I have recently won $750 AUD - followed by another $2000 AUD over the past month and have had absolutely no trouble with receving my money - and with a good return thanks to the currency rate with the Aussie dollar against the US Dollar. I agree the 4 day waiting period is an absolute hoax and a farce - obviously tempting for some to transfer the funds back, but all in all the service has been good.

I do get p*ssed off when they email you every 3 seconds if your CCArd is rejected and keep telling you over and over again they're here 24hours for assistance - but Im happy with their service.

Usually I lose my money on a local casino, but in the internet you can obviously lose without losing in the game itself. Eurogrand is the biggest scam ever.
I warn everyone, DO NOT USE IT.

i have not lost any money but am not allowed to withdraw any until ive wagered over ВЈ5000 even though my initial deposit was only ВЈ200.
I spoke to the online help and the best they can offer (instead of gambling ВЈ5000) is to reset my account. But they will only reset it to ВЈ120 without explaining why it's this amount.

I HATE EUROGRAND. AND ALL GAMBLING.
